What happens to my transfer if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, your reservation will not incur any additional costs. We will check the status of your flight with the information you have provided.
Note: There is a possibility of reviewing charges in case of cancellation due to force majeure.
Can I book a transfer by the hour?
Yes, you can book a transfer with a chauffeur at your disposal, by the hour, with a minimum of 4 hours required. This will allow you to make as many trips as you need.
What payment methods are accepted at ROIG?
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
If your reservation is made through our website, we will send you a link where you can pay within 24 hours. If not, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
If the reservation is made by phone or email, and we send you a quote, 50% must be paid in advance, and we will inform you later about when to pay the remaining balance.
